Complaint Outcome - July 2024
On 31st March 2024 the TMBC Interim Monitoring Officer received a complaint from a local resident, about Cllrs Mark Williams and Tony Eastwood of East Peckham Parish Council.
After investigating the complaint we have now received their decision:

Having consulted and taken into account the views of the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Joint Standards Committee and the Independent Person, the Deputy Monitoring Officer’s decision is that this complaint is rejected.
The Parish Council thank the Deputy Monitoring Officer for their thorough investigation.
