Details of proposed sites in East Peckham

East Peckham has so far been allocated nearly 600 new homes. The Parish Council is concerned that the impact on East Peckham could be significant, and is hugely disproportionate compared to other areas in our Ward and the rest of the Borough – please see map below.

The plan on the left shows the sites identified in the draft Local Plan, highlighted according to their 5 digit site reference numbers. It is based on the information we have been able to access so far and may need to be updated, and includes the following land:

                  • Land west of Hale Street. Proposed 140 houses. Site Reference HS1 (59782).
                  • Land south of Church Lane. Made up of 3 sites. Proposed 396 houses. Site References EP2 (58751, 59789, 68376).
                  • Land west of Addlestead Road, (Snoll Hatch). Proposed 50 houses. Site Reference EP1 (59613).

Please make sure you reference the site(s) you are commenting on.

Borough-Wide Site Locations

The Parish Council has a number of concerns about the proposed site allocations, details of which will be added as soon as possible.

The Local Development Committee is working with volunteers, so if you would like to talk to anyone about the issues in detail, or you see any Facebook posts from the people listed below you will know that they understand the concerns of residents:
